I always wanted to know if there was some magic generic driver that worked with all NICS. I threw it back in an anti-static bag as soon as the Dlink was good to go. I’ve had this setup working at several points but seem to have a reoccurring problem under Windows: This is why you always get the drivers first and pop ’em on a thumb drive, or CD if you must , slipstream if possible, or if you’re feelin’ sporty or the machine is that old a floppy or two.
